Vending Machine for Print, Can it be Done?
Lecture activities will not be separated from assignments and physical documents such as papers, handbooks, booklets, and others. However, not all students have supporting devices for these activities.
To overcome this, Astragraphia Document Solution provides a standalone printing solution called KligMe. This solution enables students and lecturers to do copy, print and scan activities independently without operator assistance. Simply put, KligMe is a vending machine-like solution for printing documents. With KligMe, users can simply go to the Fuji Xerox multifunction machine and in the campus area, then connect the device to the KligMe network or Wi-Fi, then make payments by electronic money transactions.
Carrying the tagline "Your Document Ready at One Click", KligMe provides three benefits at the same time, the first user can copy, print, and scan at any time as needed. Second, users do not have to bother thinking about engine maintenance, just come to the KligMe machine, select documents, then pay (cashless transaction) with e-money, flazz, and so on. Third, easy to reach, because KligMe will be present at central points in the university, such as in the library, canteen or areas that are often passed by users.
Then, how does KligMe work?
Before you can use KligMe, prospective users must first register to the KligMe website. After registering, new print activities can be carried out. Not only supports print, KligMe can also be used as a photocopy machine, even scanning documents to get the digital version.
There are two modes offered by KligMe as a means of data transfer, which is directly uploaded through a KligMe account, or an older method using USB. Astragraphia guarantees security when using USB. The spread of the virus can be controlled. Because users do not have direct access to the KligMe server.
After entering the document for printing, the user will then receive a PIN combination. Well, this combination is useful for recognizing the file to be executed. Enter the PIN on the printer then make payment before printing the document. Interestingly, payments can be made in cashless. For now, Astragraphia is targeting the use of KligMe in various universities in Indonesia.
