Astragraphia Holds Sharing Session "Seamless Information Management: The Key to Productivity & Risk Reduction"

Jakarta, 28 August 2024 – On 28 August 2024, at one of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk's enterprise segment customer offices on Jl. H. Agus Salim No. 45 Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, Astragraphia held a Sharing Session event. Smartfren is one of Indonesia's leading national telecommunications companies with a full 4G network.

In a dynamic work environment with diverse departments like Smartfren, exchanging complex and secure documents is the key to productivity. However, with such a variety of departments and roles, challenges often arise in managing documents effectively. For example, sharing data with external vendors may increase the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access. Not only that, the ease of operating IT devices for all employees also needs to be considered.

Carrying the theme "Seamless Information Management: The Key to Productivity & Risk Reduction", the Sharing Session held by Astragraphia is here to answer customer needs. Throughout this session, participants will be invited to dig deeper into the product portfolio of multifunction printers and document solutions that can help optimize workflow, reduce the risk of errors in the approval process, and increase overall productivity.

This event was attended by 20 employee representatives from various departments, such as Procurement, General Affairs, IT, and Building Management & Facilities. On this occasion, the Astragraphia team explained that the material presented covered three main topics. First, Ivo Moranda – Solution Specialist introduced the newest FUJIFILM Apeos C 3070 and Apeos 2560 multifunction printers and their supporting software. Second, Shandy Lucky – a Solution Specialist discusses document digitization solutions. Finally, Paul Bangun – EDSS Services Principles explains imaging services. An interactive question and answer session was also held to provide an opportunity for Smartfren employee participants who wanted to dig up further information.

This collaboration is very important because this sharing session also functions as a platform for Astragraphia to strengthen relationships with customers.
