Jakarta, 10 December 2024 – As a trusted partner in document and printing solutions, Astragraphia continues to be committed to providing the best service to customers. One concrete form of this commitment is creative application training organized by the Graphic Communication Business Development Team, specifically for the Graphic Art customer segment. 


This year's training is focused on the latest printing trends and strategic collaboration with MSMEs, who are the end-users of Astragraphia's customers. Apart from sharing knowledge about the use of Fujifilm Revoria PressTM Series production-scale printing machines, this activity is also an opportunity to strengthen relationships with customers. Some of the participants who attended included representatives from Fastabic Group (Jakarta Branch 4) and Dprint.id (Karawang Branch).

Through this training, Astragraphia aims to:
• Build closer relationships with customers, creating mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Increase customer understanding regarding the use of production-scale printer technology, especially the Fujifilm Revoria Press™ Series, to produce the best print quality.
• Develop customer insight regarding digital branding strategies, the latest printing trends, collaboration with MSMEs, and digital marketing.
Participants gain insight into innovations in the printing industry and how to leverage the latest trends to attract more end-users. This training highlights how to support MSMEs through high-quality printing, while also bridging the needs of MSMEs as the main end-users of Astragraphia customers. Customers are taught digital marketing strategies to expand their business reach and maximize print output as an effective promotional medium.

The Fujifilm Revoria Press™ Series production scale printer machine was the main highlight of the training, considering its superior technology to support production scale printing needs with consistent and high quality results. This training provides added value for Astragraphia customers, not only from a technical but also strategic perspective.
