Astragraphia Holds Solution Executive Summit 2024: Building New Spirit for the Operational Team for Today and a Better Future

Soreang, 28 February – 1 March 2024 – As an opening for 2024 to be full of new enthusiasm and gratitude, Astragraphia Document Solution has successfully held the "Solution Executive Summit 2024" or SES 2024. This event is a special moment that is eagerly awaited and is held regularly every two years by Astragraphia. SES 2024 was held as a form of appreciation and appreciation for the cooperation of the operations and support teams who have successfully overcome various business challenges during 2022 - 2023 in a united and solid manner. This activity will last for 3 days, from 28 February to 1 March 2024, at the Grand Sunshine Hotel Soreang. The 2024 SES activities aim to:

This event was attended by all Astragraphia Solutionist Executives from all over Indonesia, including the Board of Directors, Chief Operations and Support, Branch Managers, and Dept. Head, Business Consultant, and System Analyst. They gathered to listen to 2024 business directions and take part in various activities such as branch performance, team building, keynote speakers, and the 2024 Platinum Awards awards night.

4 Acts of the Land of Immersia Story to Describe Astragraphia's Journey

SES 2024 is packaged with a 4-act story narrative: The Presence, The Chandradimuka, The Quest for Immersia, and The Galactic Celebration. These stories are inspired by Land of Immersia (an abbreviation for Immerse Yourself Exploring in Astragraphia) and describe Astragraphia's journey in building a strong and resilient team.

The euphoria of the “Solutionist Executive Summit 2024” which was held this year felt very special and different from the previous ones which were held online. The committee team packaged an adventure story in the Land of Immersia as a fertile, prosperous country, full of natural beauty and potential for growth. The committee team also had an immersive ambiance in the Degung Ballroom. The participants felt as if they were on an adventure to reaffirm The Orb as the living heart of the Land of Immersia. On the first day, the opening ceremony was lively, showing glimpses of the Land of Immersia story. Then, the event continued with an LED dance performance and a presentation on Business Direction 2024. Bp. King Iriawan Sutanto Director of PT Astra Graphia Tbk acting as Commander of Immersia said that he believes that to be able to survive with the 4 big strategies of Net Increase, Colorization, IaaS, and DDA as well as Inkjet Production for the Sea, Land, Air generals as well as captains and troops. In the evening, all participants showed their best and most creative performances in the Branch Performance session, some through videos and live performances.

Team Building SES 2024: Building Team Solidarity and Never Giving Up
On the second day of SES 2024, all levels of Directors, management, and participants were invited to take part in team-building activities at several favorite tourist locations in Ciwidey, including Kawah Putih. SES 2024 team building is packaged in a challenging outbound and team-building game concept. The participants were divided into several teams and given the task of achieving a target of 1.6 trillion. This mission is designed to encourage collaboration, never giving up, and focusing on a common goal within a team. Each team must complete various missions in various tourist locations. After completing all missions, participants must return to the hotel and prepare the insights gained during the mission to be presented to the committee. After the team building session, the participants returned to the ballroom to listen to the keynote speaker's presentation from Mr. Hasnul Suhaimi, who is the former CEO of XL Axiata and an expert practitioner. He is an expert in the latest business trends to provide motivation and useful insights to help participants seize new opportunities to achieve targets in 2024.

The highlight of the 2024 SES Event: 2024 Platinum Awards Night

The peak night of SES 2024 is the moment most awaited by the participants. Tonight, the 2024 Platinum Awards were awarded to selected Solutionist Executives. Various award categories were given, including Live Branch Performance, Video Performance, and Team building. Mr. Natan Hao as Chair of the SES 2024 Committee hopes that SES 2024 can be a provision for the participants to start 2024 strong. It is hoped that SES 2024 will provide participants with a new, contemporary mindset so that they can develop more dynamically, and find new enthusiasm and unlimited opportunities.
