Astragraphia Holds Industrial Visit with Indonesia Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA)

Jakarta, June 18, 2025 - PT Astra Graphia Tbk warmly welcomed the industrial visit from the Indonesia Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA) which took place at the Document Solution Technology Center (DSTC), Astragraphia's head office. This activity was attended by 50 participants who are professionals in the fields of Corporate Secretary, Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communication from various companies in Indonesia. ICSA is an organization founded in 2008, with a mission to improve the professionalism of practitioners in the fields of Corporate Secretary, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, and Legal. ICSA actively encourages the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles in Indonesian companies and is a strategic partner for OJK, BEI, KSEI, KPEI, and other professional associations in the capital market sector. One of ICSA's routine activities is industrial visits as a means of exchanging knowledge and strengthening competencies in the fields of law, finance, corporate governance, and digital transformation.

The visit to Astragraphia this time carried the theme: “Document Solutions Transformation in the Digital Era.” The event was officially opened by the President Director of PT Astra Graphia Tbk, Mr. Hendrix Pramana, who emphasized the importance of digital transformation in corporate document management. This moment was made even more special with the presence of Mrs. Katherine Grace, Chairwoman of ICSA and Chief of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability at Bank Permata.

During the visit session, participants were invited to take a DSTC Tour to directly observe Astragraphia’s solution portfolio, ranging from printer technology, end-to-end physical and digital document management systems for the enterprise segment, to production printers for Graphic Art business players. In addition, Mrs. Trivena Nalsalita, Director and Corporate Secretary of PT Astra Graphia Tbk, also presented the company profile and flagship products of Astragraphia and its subsidiary, AGIT.

 

ICSA members shared the challenges they frequently face, particularly in managing critical documents such as cooperation contracts, meeting minutes, and compliance documents, which are still largely handled manually. This often leads to human error, approval delays, and difficulty in tracking documents. To address these challenges, Mr. Aditya Pradana, Department Head of OBSS Product Marketing at PT Astra Graphia Tbk, presented Document Management System (DMS) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for Corporate Secretary, which can manage documents automatically, securely, and in a well-documented manner—thus facilitating audit processes and improving work efficiency.

However, digital transformation does not come without risks. In an era of increasingly complex cyberattacks, document and data security has become a crucial aspect. Therefore, the session continued with a presentation by Mr. Rizaldi Halim Hadian, Head of Solution Architect and Solution Sales at AGIT – Cyber Security Services, who discussed Cyber Threat Intelligence Services to protect corporate data from cyber threats. Participants then continued the DSTC Tour enthusiastically by visiting the three prepared booths.
