If you need service for the arrival of Astragraphia technician (Customer Engineer) and request for consumables (Consumables). You can contact the Astragraphia Customer Contact Center, via:

Mr / Mrs may attach and send Astragraphia's "Service Request Letter" which contains the following data:
- Full name
- Company name
- Company's address
- Contact Number (HP) that can be contacted
- Engine EQ number and engine model
Please download the following "Astragraphia Service Request Letter" form:
- Consumables Request Service
Requests for consumables that enter our system under 11.00 WIB will be sent on the same day (same-day). If a request enters our system after 11.00 WIB it will be processed on the next working day. Please send your e-mail requesting consumables (Consumables) to firstname.lastname@example.org
* Note: except Friday, will be processed on the following Monday
2. 3 Hours Downtime Service.
