A Integrated document solution is a thorough solution that includes solutions for all the document problems such as the development, design, plot, medium, conversion, memo or letter handling, invoice archiving and reporting, technical document production, publishing, bill or receipt production, and other document production documents.

What is Mark on Paper?
A Mark on Paper is a paper based document production as result of copying, faxing, scanning, or editing in any size, black and white or colored and weigh about 45 gsm to 120 gsm.

What is recondition machine?
It is a Xerox machine in which its elements have been reconditioned in order to be a ready to use with a new machine quality.
About FSMA
What is FSMA?
FSMA is an abbreviation of Full Service Maintenance Agreement. Other format is XTSA for Xerox Total Service Agreement. FSMA/ XTSA is also known as Total Service.
What is the benefit of FSMA?
FSMA main benefit is a controlled bill presentment from your machine usage that can be managed and controlled by the Customer himself.
What services are included in FSMA?
Customer can receive a guarantee that covers revising, providing the material (except electricity and paper), spare parts and regular check up for a certain time so that the machine produces a steady quality.
What should the customer do when the machine breaks apart or malfunction and produce low quality copy/print?
Customer can contact the nearest Astragraphia Document Solution office to request for a check up and machine examination to fix the machine.
Will the house call to fix the machine on a guarantee basis receive separate maintenance charges?
No.
How long the Total Service will valid?
A 5 (five) years for new machine and 3 (three) years for a reconditioned machine or for machines in which the MOP has reached a certain amount and the type of the machine.
When does FSMA start?
Since the machine is installed. Total Service Fees will be directed to the Customer, valid since the free maintenance period is over.
What are Customer's obligations in accordance with the FSMA service?
Customer should provide enough power for the machine to function properly, deliver total monthly usage and settle the certain amount of fee in accordance with the total usage.
Will all machines that the Customer purchased from Astragraphia always receive the Total Service?
No. Astragraphia Document Solution provides guarantee for a certain period of time. We provide other maintenance period after the Customer is over their guarantee limit in which is done by "Time & Material" basis. Repair service will be provided at the nearest office with spare part and repair charges.
What will happen after the Total Service period is over?
Customer is entitled to exchange and lay by their machine with the latest machine after the Total Service is over.
Repair/ Maintenance Service
Where is the contact address should we need other repair or maintenance service?
Repair service is available at the nearest PT Astra Graphia branch office or (021)-3904646. Customer can also make house call for machine repairs, technical help hotline, Emergency spare part service, (Emergency), and Customer complaints handling (CAR).
